Aldersgate Church Community Theater is a Non-Profit organization. We strongly depend on the support of our cast/crew families and the community to make each and every production possible.
Please take note and be prepared that we will need every cast and crew member’s parent(s) to help with the entire production process. We are depending on your generosity of time to volunteer where needed and your lending of your skills and resources to make this production a success. Please support your child’s desire and determination as they work extremely hard to excel in their role either on stage or behind the scenes.
We will be holding a Parent Meeting the day of our First Read Through, Thursday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m.
This meeting is for ALL parents of children who will be working in this production… cast or crew. During this meeting we will go over paperwork packets and schedules, briefly explain our policies, volunteer requirements and cast/crew behavior expectations. We will give you an idea of the areas we will need volunteer help in. Our volunteer jobs are not too demanding and we try to balance the work load so that it is fair to all who volunteer. There are a variety of Pre and Post Production jobs that will need attention but the biggest need for volunteering will be Parent Monitors for our weekly rehearsals and performance dates.
Your children will have a wonderful time being part of our theater experience. We look forward to your sharing your help and support.
