Welcome to Aldersgate Church Community Theater (ACCT). We have our home in the Wesley Hall of Aldersgate United Methodist Church at 1301 Collingwood Road in Alexandria, Virginia. ACCT presents classic plays and musicals that are comfortable and fun for families to enjoy together. We have a professional stage and are a member of both the Northern Virginia Theater Alliance (NVTA) and Washington Area Theatre Community Honors (WATCH).

ACCT is a vital part of the Mount Vernon cultural community. We believe community theater provides residents of our area with the ability to experience quality theater at affordable prices. We also present an opportunity for individuals to explore their creative side regardless of age. Our actors and crew members consist of people of all ages and backgrounds. We truly present an equal opportunity for all.

We always have volunteer opportunities for people to help with graphic design, publicity, carpentry, painting, props acquisition, costuming, ushering, box office, etc. If you are interested in working in the theater, please contact us at accttheater@gmail.com.
